they guy was nice enough and helpful when he came out. i paid him for his time and he said he'd order additional parts my machine needed and come back and install them for just the parts cost, wouldn't charge a fee for coming a second time.
i thought that was pretty nice of him until he never came out the second time, he took one of my calls and told me he'd be out that week midweek, but when he didn't call me midweek and i tried to get in touch, he didn't take any of my subsequent calls or reply to any of my messages.
so i guess he figured he'd gotten the bulk of his money the first time and why bother coming back. so beware basically.
