Placed an order on November 7th, 2015. It is now December 1st and it still shows processing. I want those miles back if Brainstorm can't/won't deliver. United needs a new logistics provider, clearly. Paul.

I purchased an item through UAL on 11/17/2015. The status indicated, I would receive the item in 10 business days. It has been 8 business days excluding the holiday, and the status is still listed as "Processing". I have no idea if the item has shipped. I have tried to contact both Brainstorm Logistics and UAL, but they are out for the holidays, and Brainstorm doesn't even have a functional website.

Also apprehensive given all the bad reviews, but decided to risk it since using miles for flights has become more difficult. Ordered a large screen OLED TV. Delivery estimate listed as 4 weeks. Then began checking status on Mileage Plus website every couple of days... and only said "processing". Quite surprised and pleased to receive a call from the freight carrier 8 days later... who then arranged a delivery 2 days later. Now, a week after delivery, the Mileage Plus website still shows "processing". So not great with keeping the customer updated, but otherwise worked out well for me.

I ordered a new carry-on roller board suitcase, using United miles. Brainstorm Logistics promised delivery in ten business days. (Not ten days!) After reading these reviews, I marked the date in my calendar, fully prepared to call up and bitch about how late my order was, but it arrived exactly on Day 10. My only complaint is that they never updated the status of my order from "Processing" to "Shipped" or something, so I would know it was on its way. But that's not even worth deducting a star. Free stuff, delivered for free and on time. I'd love to be able to think of a way to complain, but so far, no luck....

As opposed to many of the other customers who have used United Mileage points to redeem products from this vendor I actually received my reward in exact on the 10th business day as promised (I ordered a Dyson fan). I took one star off because the unit was shipped only in the manufacturers box which was somewhat banged up by the time it arrived. Luckily it appears that the unit work fine and is without damage despite its rough ride. I am a little surprised that they are shipping out expensive items like this fan (retail is somewhere around $450) without any additional protection in terms of packaging materials.
