I got my hair done on 3/29 and today is 4/11, which means I have had my hair done for almost 2 weeks. I called the owner today, because I have braids coming out in the back of my head and in the front of my head my real hair is sticking out of the twist. I was informed by the owner that they could replace braids that came out, but nothing could be done in the front to braids were my real hair is showing. My hair looks like I have had it done for 4 or 5 weeks and need to get a retouch done.

Now, my daughter got her hair done there and her hair looks great, she has had them in for almost 2 weeks this Sunday. The key difference between our hair is that my daughter had one of the younger girls do her hair and the owner did my hair.

I wouldn't say that you shouldn't try this Salon out. I know plenty of people, who've went and had success stories. I just hate that there was no attempt made to satisfy me as a customer, especially when it has only been 2 weeks tomorrow. So, for that they get a poor rating because I am now forced to take my hair down and have it done by someone else.

i tried this place and my head hurt so bad i couldn't feel it for DAYS. it hurt me to look down. DON'T GO THERE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!
