Not even star-worthy. Horrible customer service. Sent back a pair of shoes to be exchanged for a larger size. When I tracked it, UPS noted that my returned package was already received yet I heard nothing back from the company after one week as to my exchange. When I called them to find out about it, they did not apologize for the lack of response. In addition, they did not put the complete address on the box so I had to pick up from the UPS store. Assured me my shoes would be mailed the next day. I received an email later that night saying it will take another 3 weeks as the shoes will come from France. After waiting for that time, they then sent THE WRONG SHOES. Called them immediately. Was told a manager was in a meeting and would return my call shortly. After no response after 2 hours, called them back. The manager said they would ship the shoes immediately as the correct shoes I had ordered were in stock. THEY THEN SENT THE SHOES INCOMPLETE WITHOUT THE PROPER PADDING INSIDE THE SHOES. These shoes were for my husband as he always wore Bragard in France. We then had to buy our own insoles so his shoes fit comfortably. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Patricia Mercado was my customer service rep and Kyle was the manager. Never again.
