Boylan's Tree Service

I use Boylan's any time I have a tree issue. They come promptly and work is always to my satisfaction.

I needed three trees in my yard cut down. I called Boylans and the owner, Matt, called right back. He came over the next day and gave me a price. He said he couldn't get to it this week but would do it the following week. He seemed like a real nice guy. He said he would call at beginning of week to set up the day. I never heard from him and two weeks passed. I called him this past Monday and left a message. He didn't return my call so I again called him on Wednesday. This time I got him. He said they would either be over late in the afternoon on the following day or else he would do it on Friday. Well, it's now Friday at about 6 pm and no sign of Boylans. Maybe my thousand dollar job just isn't good enough for him. This isn't my first experience with contractors and companies not showing up. How do they stay in business operating like this. I would not recommend Boylans Tree Service to anyone. They get a big "F".
