Terrible service, incredible puppies. It pains me that such amazing puppies are sold by those who haven't a clue what customer service entails. I've been to this puppy store over 5 times and only ONCE have I ever been approached or greeted. I am a legit prospect with purchasing intentions but since the help there is nonexistaent I'm forced to take my business elsewhere. The two workers there last night failed to acknowledge me as their faces were burried in a computer screen. I stood around for 5 minutes until it was apparent that i meant nothing to them. Never underestimate the appearance of a buyer.

This store sells puppies. They look so sad. I asked the owner where the puppies came from. Of course he wouldn't say "Puppy Mills."
The store smells very bad because they sell puppies. Since I saw many bad reviews, I just wanted to see if the store is really bad.
Actually, the service was bad as some review said. They are not so friendly to customers. When I took a product and look, he took it and put it back to where it was. Customers are not even allowed to take a look at their good by hands?
This is my personal opinion, but I am strongly against buying puppies at stores. I hope people stop buying/selling puppies like products.

The store is filled with amazing product, cute and precious items I have never seen before. Some of it was affordable even. However, when my husband and I walked into the store in May 2010 and were happily browsing their unique inventory, the staff ( a man and woman) just stood there and glared at us. No hello, no how are you. Just a dead pan stare. I don't care how great your store is, if your customers feel unwelcome it is not a great experience for them. Needless to say we felt uncomfortable and left before buying anything.
