Great staff, and really relaxed on weekdays. It's nice to see the same faces regularly. They popped fresh popcorn just for me too. The supervisor was really nice about a movie stoping and they fixed the issue right away.

The manager in the afternoon was just disgusting. I took my 2 yr old and 6 yr old to see hotel transylvania and charges me for 3 tickets! So the "kids 2 and under policy" only applies of they are slow, in DESPERATE need of money and look like a walking dollar sign. Then tells me that if he takes a seat, you have to pay for the seat. HELLOOOO GENIUS! !! OF course the child is taking a seat!! WHO WANTS AND ADULT AND CHILD THAT IS SITTING ON THEIR LAP IN FRONT OF THEM????? Let alone the seats are stiff and don't recline.. AND THE THEATER WAS EMPTY!!!!! so you have an adult and child in one seat blocking behind them and kids feet on those in front of them. LAST TIME I'LL BE COMING TO THIS THEATER... WILL BECOME LOYAL CUSTOMER OF SOUNDVIEW.. If my older child didn't want to see the movie so bad I would have walked out... I'm going to be sure all friends and family know this ridiculous "policy".
NOTE TO BOWTIE CINEMAS: PUT THIS POLICY IN WRITING IF IT'S TRUE OR RETRAIN YOUR MANAGER IN LEARNING THE POLICY.

"America: Imagine the World Without Her" was not showing anywhere in the leftist-infested New York City area exept this place.

Very bad! I wAs treated like a dog, the movie I went to watch was cancelled n they didn't wanna give me my money back! Very very disappointed
