I love it overall, but some bouncy house are like taped on them they getting torn , they need to do about more maintenance and their price are ok just they should give a few more minutes time goes quick

Such a fun place! Went her with my 3yrs old for B-day party and adults had as much fun as kids jumping and sliding

The kids had a blast! You should at least experience this once. I wish I could have played too!

Finally, a clean and interesting place where there is NO endless displays with candies/toys extorting money from parents style setting like in some Russian places along Coney island ave and other dirty and dysfunctional places along McDonald ave in Boropark. This is a very organized and well managed may be due to the fact being a franchise business.

I brought my son here for a pre-school bounce. Unfortunately, when we got here there was a power outage in the area. Which of course isn't anyone for Bounce u fault.. Understandable. What I didn't like what that one staff member said that we could either get an free open bounce for another day or get the refund from the manager Ethan. We proceeded upstairs to get the refund, and of course Ethan stated he could only give us a free open bounce which I didn't want because I was unsure of when I could return. But nonetheless he was completely unapologetic about the situation. Very rude.
