My mother did enjoy residing there. HOWEVER, I wonder how many of the elderly and or their relatives understand that the medicaid allowance of $ 183.00 per month per recipient is already covered in the monthy allotment? How many of the elderly and or their relatives were charged $ 183.00 per month by the bookkeeper who is the mouthpiece for the director? In other words, is the IRS aware that the Blvd. is double dipping when it comes to the monthly allowance? In the end, the Blvd is a business and not a non profit but is this legal?

my grandmother has been here for a year and she has not been this happy and well adjusted for years. the facility is new and well maintained, the staff is friendly, caring and helpful and the community with other residents is warm. my grandmother has made so many friends and enjoys her freedom and the high level of service with which they are provided. i hope that more people can enjoy such quality of life at that age. well done boulevard!
