I first went here when they first opened, had bad experience.. Went back another time while shopping @ BJ's, again bad experience. You would think 3rd time is the charm... My cuz came up from Maryland, so we decide to go Saturday( 2/15/14). No wait, however, hostess did say if we get a table the wait will be long. If we got a booth, it would be much better. Why did she put us ALL the way by the door & we waited 20 minutes before we had to say" Where is our waiter/waitress?"
The waitress( Ruth) seemed to be pissed that we was placed in her section. The food wasn't that great & we had to continue to call her over.. Drinks was EXCELLENT!!!! I can honestly say I will NOT BE BACK!!!!!

I recommend this place to anyone. The staff is friendly. The food taste fine for the price. Get the rewards card for credit towards free food. I live in the area, so we rack up points pretty quickly.

Bad place to eat I worked there. My first day i said to my self I will never eat there. The worker dont wear groves they will put there hand all over your food. The free bread is stored on the floor. The plate are so dirty that after the dish wash one would have to wipe it down with dirty rag. I calling the department of health for a visit. I dont know How they got a A on window.

Here is a reliable review, as I entered it was no wait time, however the Olive Garden right across was an hour and a half, we were just hungry. But that on itself should tell you something, hmm? As my family and I sat, we waited close to 10 minutes before a wait staff arrived to greet. Kemar, our server was polite, did not need to write down our order he seemed to memorized as he leaned a bit over our table both hands on the edge, instead of standing straight, hands crossed. I personally would have preferred he write down the order. When the bread arrived there were no utensils, and no straws for the drinks, we received about 10 straws for 4 drinks. The food did not take long and it was cooked very well, however the presentation was poor, my wife ordered steak with potatoes, it was not garnished at all just simply a steak drenched in sauce with potatoes. There was no water glasses placed, Although some establishments do this to conserve water. There is not much decor in this place, the lights are too dim , it could use more lighting to brighten up the ambiance, the wait staff are dressed entirely in black. This staff is pretty young, I saw a kid whispering jokingly into the ear off another female wait staff. The ambience was simply a football game on the screen and the music was barely audible. The menu is mainly steak and seafood, I had a hard time picking out a good pasta or chicken dish. personally I would of walked out and think the menu can be redone to bring in more clientele which they really need. The drinks options was minimal. So overall, if you want a better dining experience, I would look elsewhere. Management seems not to look at details and professionalism of the staff. Without mentioning names, other establishments are more bang for your buck. They could use a visit from Robert Irvine, Food network. Food is ok, but I would not return. This was my second visit.

The reason me and my husband keep going back is because its a spill over from Red Lobsters and Olive Garden, so we figured we are already out so let's try Boulder Creek. DON'T BOTHER!!! When they first opened, we ended up there because of the other restaurants was extremely crowed. We ordered the chicken figures, which was delicious. For entree we ordered steaks, because that's what they are known for I thought, can't go wrong with that. right? Wrong, the steak came and it was as tough as leather and no seasoning. The next time we ended up there was years later due to default, we were in hopes that they finally got better. I looked for the chicken fingers, but to my surprise, it was removed from the menu, OMG!!! So, I ordered fried shrimp, again I thought, can't go wrong with that. Never fail, it was fried so hard, it scatched the roof of my mouth, and I could'nt even taste the shirmp. I was so dissapointed, we stopped off at White Castles. I noticed that everything is over cooked there. I also observed, most dishes are returned to the kitchen and patrons are always leaving this establishment unhappy. What they need to do is CLOSE this place down and put an OUTBACK there.
I hope this was helpful.
