Boston Market

One of the staff members, named Nickolette, was initially unfriendly, when my sister and I were going to take seats at the table she was cleaning once she was done. But she pointed to a table with some crumbs on them and told us to sit there instead (but we didn't) even though she was almost done. Then later on, she came up to us once we were done with our food, and she was being kind- offering us containers to take home and smiling at us. Once she came back with the containers, she said to us, still smiling, "You know, everything comes with a price." And told us that she wants us to fill out this survey for her. She was so determined and forceful to have us fill it out! Ridiculous. And then she told me to give her a 100% regarding satisfactory, which I find to be so unnecessary, untruthful, and pathetic. Along with this employee, the food was mediocre. Some parts of my food were cold, and the mashed potatoes and mac and cheese weren't tasty or savory. The chicken and corn bread were good.

I love the food here!! Always good and their mash potato is the best!!!

It's nice to see Boston Market here on 3rd ave in the Bronx. The staff is very hospitable and already knowing their customers. Keep up the good work guys

Great and delicious food...staff are friendly and who doesnt love AMERICAN FOOD!

I am a big fan of Boston Market and have been for years. Thanksgiving, 2014, we ordered our meal from Boston Market and we were pleased with it.
I recently ordered the new item on the menu, Baked Cod. It was not good. When I spoke to the manager, Pasaine, he listened attentively, apologized and offered me a meal replacement with dessert.
I give Boston Market five stars because in all the years I have been a customer stopping in Boston Market Restaurants in several states, this was my first complaint and hopefully, my last!
