Bossina Couture

Bossina made my dress shopping exerience as painless as possible and actually enjoyable. I ended up getting the 2nd dress i tried on. After showing her a picture of a dress i liked, she figured out my style. Bossina is also a sweetheart which makes working with her that much more pleasurable. She made great alterations and changed my dress from a zipper to a corset back. Absolutely LOOOVED my dress! Thank you Bossina!

I went to get my Wedding dress altered at Bossina Couture as well as purchased my head piece and Veil because Bossina was just such a sweet woman and I wanted to give her the business. I was very excited to work with her. I went for my first 3 fittings and every time there was almost nothing done to the dress. On my fourth & final fitting I still had not seen my veil when asked I was told don't worry it is here and the buttons to clip in my feather shawl still had not been done. I expressed my concerns and I was assured that it would all be taken care of. I was told my dress would be ready the Wednesday before my wedding. On the Wednesday I had come to pick my dress up and I was told it was not ready and that I would have to come back for it. So I returned the day before my wedding to pick up my dress. I was given my dress with them saying it was all ready. I had asked to go through the bag to make sure for myself. I had found that my $300.00 veil was never steamed and was ripped. I waited about 45 min for them to fix my veil. I wish I had checked my dress more then I had because the morning of my wedding I put my wedding dress on I was stabbed in the chest by pins because dress was never finished. I paid over $800.00 in alterations alone and it was not even finished. I had to safety pin my $3,000.00 wedding dress together. I was so upset that this had happened. It was unnecessary stress for a bride on her wedding day.
