If you want them to waste your time and be given attitude, then go. Been with them for awhile didn't change cause I was there since young and my records are with them. they never really had good customer service but they got the job done, but the last year or two it just got worst. The front desk is the worst don't expect anything to get done right and expect simple mistakes and they don't take responsibility for anything.. Even if it's their fault. They don't care about you as a person just as another $$.
I had to get a root canal at a hospital cause they don't do it on site. I did it. (don't mention the paperwork messup) when I went back, I waited 30 mins for the front desk to show up. I had the first appointment. 30 mins later they ask me if I had my x-rays from the hospital and I said no. They said I needed them but I was never told this before going to the hospital. I would of done all of it.. If THEY had told me. So they rejected seeing me that day and wasted my time. They where the ones who sent me to the hospital, you would think they would request the paperwork or results after for my follow up. Or some kind of communication between offices.. So I wouldn't have to run around. I got tired of their service and attitude so I left and happy to say happier somewhere else. Who treats me like a person and not another $.
