- Terrible #154388

Nothing. I do not care about the shop. The product is horrible. It simply does not work. First the CD stopped. Now everything does not work. High end consumer gear? BS. This brand sucks. I even bought a few for gifts. Used to be an advocate. Now I hate Bose. Never again.

The store in small but packed with great products and a good selection.

The staff working on the day I visited seemed preoccupied with his cell phone and hardly offered any help.

I do love their product and would still go back

The customer service is the best I ever had! The return policy for the headphones was on point. Very easy exchange! They also took the time to educate me on their new products!
