I had mistakenly received the wrong hat after getting it steamed and checked so I went back after Yom Tov and they gladly helped me exchange it and helped me find the original hat I had orig purchased. Very very helpful staff and actually wanted to help me out with my issue. I was really impressed by the service and the decor if the store. Great addition to the retail scene in Flatbush. Much success!

Borsalino brand store is selling borsalino hats which is NOTS SAME ITALIAN QUALITY , AS THEY SELL IN ITALY, YES THE STORE IS NICE AND BEATIFULL BUT THE STAFF, HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY DOING AND HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE OF SELLING, AND FITTING HATS.. QUALITY OF THEIR BORSALINO IS VERY HARD AND FALLS APART IN FEW MONTH, I HAVE PERSONALLY BOUGHT A HAT AND IT DID NOT HOLD UP....
