Do not waste $90! Borowide also has an office at 60 Bay Street, which is two blocks from Family Court on Staten Island. I had to serve an Order of Protection, which must be hand-served at least 5 days before the court date. They had my court documents for 9 days and never communicated with me ONCE for an update. I HAD TO CALL THEM (on the 5-day deadline) in order to get an update. They "claimed" they made several attempts, but I seriously doubt it. Again, this was for an Order of Protection, which should not be taken lightly. Save your hard-earned money and use another process service.

Watch your deadline with this service. Kept putting me off over and over and it was almost too late in the end. I do not even know how I was able to slip it in at the last minute. Clearly does not care and stops returning calls. Last minute service.
