I have just discovered Boot Camp By The Beach and love it! We work out on the beach in Rye and it is a glorious way to start the day! The workouts are challenging and fun and have definitely gotten me back into exercise mode. Lee is a sincere, warm and supportive instructor and the other women in the group are becoming new friends. A great workout and positive experience for anyone wnating to get in shape.

I was so happy to find Boot Camp by the Beach shortly after having my first baby. I was having trouble getting motivated to work off those extra pounds and Boot Camp gave me just the extra push I needed. The instructor is great and she really knows how to get the class going - even on those days when it is hard to get motivated!

A great, fun workout. Beautiful views of the sound, great to meet new people. The workout is different at every class so its never boring and suitable for every level.

Something different to the usual outdoor run, and the indoor gym. A real change! The location is fabulous - in a park by the beach, and the workouts constantly change so no room for boredom. I have had some real fun in these classes and Lee is a great motivator.
