Staff, dismissive; ignorant; rude; sarcastic; does not communicate in English, in presence of customers; fails to address customers' concerns professionally. Carlos' reaction to criticism, outrageous, as he became enraged; violent; vulgar w/ a threatening demeanor, only to call NYPD for assistance, once he observed, customer would not stand for his conduct. NYPD dismissed, entire matter upon arrival, as there was no legitimate reason for their involvement pertaining to a civil matter; discrepancy. Give your business elsewhere for a quality experience.

Very rude workers here called up to take advantage of free promotion was instructed to come to this store to do so and once I got there the girls refuse to honor the promotion that Boost Mobile main office told me I can do they would not even confirm it in there system or call customer service in fact they refuse to call customer service and told me to go elsewhere with customer service like that I wonder how boost turn a profit not to mention nasty name that one of the girls called me. I would have to rate fat 15 minutes experienced I spent in that store a minus 10. If you're looking for a boost phone and want great service go to Best Buy or a store in Manhattan
