We currently use Booker software at both my salon and spa. We are in the process of changing back to Mind Body. Every week booker has a issue. When you call them they either don't answer or pick up and hand up on you.
They do NOT have 24 hour support. We are experiencing issues as I type : we can not run payroll reports today, book appointments or check anyone out.
