- Excellent #122179

I had a great experience at Bonpoint! The lovely French lady was polite and helpful. I stopped in to get my niece something. The clothes is on the high end but it is all adorable! I even ended up getting their signature fragrance for myself!

- Terrible #122180

Bonpoint is expensive but has the cutest children's clothes. The store is small but nice.
The problem is the staff, they are rude and have bad manners.
This is beyond bad service, I have never seen anything like it.
Unless they start getting proper store manager, if you really want Bonpoint, choose another shop, or buy online.
