Simple blow out was not done well at all! The stylist pulled, cracked (ripped), and burned my hair. I couldn't believe it

This place is absolutely horrible. That's all I have to say.

Hated.... Go to Hair Essentials or anywhere else reputable. I showed a picture how I wanted it blown out and styled when I sat down. She said ok, then after it was washed and dried she said my hair couldn't look like that unless cut, so I asked if she could go ahead and cut it. She refused, said I'd have to come back. I went along with it, she took too long and my hair looked nothing like I wanted... The person I went with also had a blow out, which really meant she blew it straight, even though the guest specified she wanted it full of body and curled under before she started... She was let out of chair with (I am NOT exaggerating), straight up frizz ball hair on her ends, after the blowing out. That's unacceptable. She had to go back to chair a couple times just to get it decent, yet was pin straight and not what she wanted. Never ever going back. If you go at all, book with owner bc at least she could blow dry, we witnessed her blowing out a guest great, with body and she knew how to do it.
