Just saw these jerks Deleted my last review which was only based on facts.
The owner, whom I would like very very much to meet (please meet me you telephone toughguy jerkwad) did not like the fact that I wanted the price on their website and FACT: the yard tool would not send oil when I was completely out and it was actually arounds 30% F
He had ample time. Just wanted to flex his puny little pink...biceps.
The lady was nice. The two guys I spoke with actually claimed they would get physical.
I'd pay for a polygraph. Lousy client care bothers me deeply as I strive to provide stellar client care and maintain their best interest as paramount.
Not bringing oil to someone without a way to measure ahead of time and trying to screw them on price is really the best way to lose clients.
All in all. Barring the woman who took the call initially, this place is totally unprofessional and though they had time to bring me the oil in an emergency, chose to leave me to the gas station where I walked to buy diesel fuel. I ran out because the house I rented at the time didn't have a gauge yet.
Unprofessional owner. He thought he was standing up for his employees so I get it, but the method in which he chose to deliver the message proved him to be a complete and total Jerk who had over an hour to spare when I was out in the dead of winter. Nice guy.
I own two companies and there is a better way to get your message across without burning your paying clients.
Would never use them again.
Down to a 1/8 tank, time to order from a company whose owner won't let people freeze to death.
