Bohemian Hall and Beer Garden

Great to chill and have a beer and some quick food. Gets crowded for certain events which takes away from the experiance.

A note, first: I've only ever been here for lunch. They serve lunch and dinner, and the lunch is much more reasonably priced and there's even a bit more variety.

This is a rare find--a brewpub that's also an exquisite restaurant. Most brewpubs have good food but it's very basic, wholesome fare. Trap Rock aspires a little more, and it works.

Lunches are a variety of sandwiches, pizzas, entrees, and pastas. The burgers are very good here--one of the few times I'll get off the meatless wagon is to enjoy one. And the fresh made potato chips or french fries that are served with the sandwiches are excellent.

So you can go there just for the top quality food, but this is a brewpub. The beers are also of a similar high quality to the food, clearly crafted to complement the adventurous menu. The variety changes with seasons but I haven't had a bad beer here by a longshot.

It's a nice restaurant for occasions with a comfortable but upscale mountain lodge decor. They can handle large groups for lunch and I assume for dinner in their upstairs room.

Overall, it's a tasty restaurant, and a nice place to go when you want a notch above casual, and a bonus if you love good beer.

Great place to spend a summer afternoon drinking with friends. Sometimes the entertainment is on stages, other times the crowd provides it. Either way, it's as chill as the beer.

Easily the best Biergarten in the 5 boroughs, at least as compared to the 4 or 5 others I've been to. I'm sure there are more and perhaps there are greater, but this one takes the cake for me.

Tons of outdoor seating. Every soccer game on imaginable. Good food, although the selection could be better and the wait could be shortened.

Best place to be during The World Cup.

This place is very popular for good reason. Great, huge outdoor area. Good german food and beer, and often has live music. Go when the weather's nice and you'll have a good time.
