Bogota Dental Center

Having a dental emergency on a Friday night at 7pm is never a good way to start the weekend. I broke my tooth and was in a panic as to where to go on short notice, I called many Dr's offices in the area only to get voice mails with office hours, Bogota Dental has answering serivce and the office manager called me back in 10min.
The office staff was beyond nice and Dr. Pole was amazing, she listened to my questions,answered them and gave her honest opinion on a treatment plan. In 90 min I was out the door with a crown they made on site and it was perfect. My hygenist was so sweet and nice she even sat and chatted with me while I got numb.
The office is very clean and everything is sanitary, they take this very seriously!
I could not be more happy with my exp there and have refered people to them already. I have found a new dentist!

All the Dr's there are superb!! They really know their craft. They sit and take the time to explain things. There's been times when it was an emergency and they took me right in. All of the staff is just kind and understanding with Great Communication. It really is a great place to get your teeth fixed. I highly recommend going there.

Buyer beware. They do themselves and their patrons a disservice - the dental care is excellent but the "loan officers" who take your payments are deceitful and scary. They tried to trick us into an extra 6000+ dollars of non-essential (cosmetic) work mixed in with important dental work and a hidden charge for an expensive electronic toothbrush. If you go there and they try to sign you up for a payment plan, think twice and also make sure that you are aware of every single charge on the sheet and what it's purpose is. Not only that but they tried to lock us into one of these payment plans without our full understanding of what was happening. Thank god we asked a thousand questions and stepped away before getting swindled. To boot, we were given unsolicited financial advice NOT related to the dental expenses, which is reckless and I would recommend to Dr. Sultan that he train his support staff to not advise people to sign up for credit cards. I was completely appalled and we will no longer be coming there. We will tell everyone in the community to make sure to steer clear until the issues of honesty and transparency in payment for services have been amended. Such a shame that your good dental work is clouded with dishonesty.

EDIT, in response to the business owner's response: I am very aware of my partner's dental situation and I am in fact the one who encouraged him to come back to you for his follow-up visit to his first one back in the fall. Dental care is very important to overall health, and we will be going to a business that emphasizes the care of its patients over the importance over the wealth of its business. We were both very impressed with the dental care itself, as I mentioned in my initial comment. The dental technicians are sweethearts and great at what they do. I am also 100% aware, as you yourself even admitted, Angela, that the 6000 dollars of cosmetic work was not essential dental work. What we were left with, when all that was stripped out, was a much smaller sum for important dental work. Of course, we hadn't been informed of what those charges were for before you were already pushing to lock us into a year to 18 months of charges. I don't care if it's 0% interest, because you were trying to rip us off for 6000 dollars... So, pretending that we are being negligent in not getting LOCKED into 18 months of payments to you for cosmetic work is just another example of your manipulations as an office manager. To everyone who actually read this far - I almost never take the time to write reviews unless I have had a particularly awful or incredible experience. I would never tarnish the name of a business unless I was genuinely frightened by their business tactics. "SCARY" definitely stands in reference to the business end of things.

This place is fantastic, they are always happy to help. Everything is done in a timely fashion. The denstist make you feel very comfortable. The staff is amazing and friendly. Would recommend this place to anyone in need of a great dentist.

I want to thank Dr Sherzoy and entire staff for for taking care of my daughter who is a self conscious teen ager really concerned about her appearance. When her Maryland bridge fell out the other day they took her in right away and did an exceptional job! They made it affordable for me and worked with me to finance my treatment to pay over time which is definitely helpful for my family. From the list helpful staff and great work my family are so happy wending found a new dentist. Thanks again!!
