My personal favorite workout studio - because being active should be fun above all!
Even if you're the most uncoordinated person in the world (like myself), if you love being active and having fun while doing it, this is for you. Luckily coordination, like most things in life, is a very learnable habit. Go a few times and controlled flails will turn into, well, something less haphazard.
Full Body is my favorite class and I'll work my way to Dance Cardio. The workout incorporates dance for the cardio portions to get the heart-rate up accompanied by resistance bands, fitness balls, 3lb weights and gliders.
Just bring a good attitude and the willingness to laugh at yourself and have a fun time and the instructors will do the rest :)
