I liked this place earlier but now it's running by very unprofessional new management.Overcrowded everywhere.They are practicing very unhygienic things while serving shakes and stuff, the worst I have ever seen.May be they will learn with time.

Always accommodating, clean, stellar staff and clientele, every machine for a full body aerobic/weight training workout with results. Convenient hours to meet any schedule and I have never had to wait for a machine no matter what time of day.

was a customer here until I moved. looove this gym. small but professionally run. clean and dumbbells are easily located since they have a helper to reorganize them throughout the day. my current gym richie's gym in Brooklyn is surely a big regret. staff are unprofessional and has absolutely no idea about gym equipments and how to care for machines. has very few Accessories for pulley machines. music is way to loud sometimes and too many guys curse around the gym.
