I started seeing Caroline a few months ago coinciding with a period of high professional stress. My body felt terrible. I think Caroline has a fantastic intuition about what the body needs though. After that first treatment, I felt more relaxed than I could ever remember. The effects lasted for days afterwards. I've been to a few more sessions now and followed the diet advice and I am feeling just happier and more balanced. Acupuncture is a great reset!

I've been a firm believer in acupuncture for years, but haven't found the right therapist since I moved back to NJ from Brooklyn. Caroline came highly recommended by my rolfer, whom I trust. Aside from addressing my lower back issue, Caroline found some knots in my neck I didn't really even know were there. Both my back and neck feel renewed today. Caroline loosened up my back and also gave me some stretches to do at home to prevent my back from getting as tight as it's become. Five stars!
