A nice, fairly upscale Italian place with the usual options. The fettucine alla bolognese was good but didn't quite justify the price, and I got the impression much of the menu was like that. You're paying as much for the space (its considerably less cramped than a lot of Manhattan restaurants), quiet and atmosphere as the food.

Decent Italian, good wine selection. The service is amazing and fast. If the prices were a little bit lower, would probably give it 5 stars.

Made a reservation for valentines day, they were fairly busy. The calamari is probably one of the best in New York in terms of freshness and taste. The lamb pasta was mildly tasting and requires a hefty amount of salt and pepper for flavoring however the lamb was as tender as veal redeeming the dish. Me and my date drank to our delights on their wonderful cocktails, we definitely recommend this restaurant for the food and the ambient environment.

A tasty reliable brunch spot! Fluffy scrambled eggs, a really generous serving of bacon, and moist, well-seasoned potatoes (why do so few places in NYC make edible potatoes--yes, diners, I'm looking at you!), and tasty little muffins to start. A great (and much needed) option in this neighborhood!
