If you have a rental car that you need to drop off there, make sure you drop it off during the work hours. We filled up the tank, dropped the car off, placed the keys in the box, called the next day to confirm everything was fine, but were told that the car needed gas. We had all the receipts as a proof, but they didn't care. I wouldnt be surprized if someone drove the car after we had dropped it off. Bad business, if it was the case.

Took my car in for a repair that needed to be done to pass inspection. Bobby, thoroughly checked everything and found the problem to be related to a couple of sensors that needed to be replaced. Bobby took the time to explain exactly what was wrong and the work was scheduled for the following day so he could order the proper parts. It was done quickly, while I waited at the shop and I was given clear instructions as to what I needed to do after the computer in the car was reset. After I followed them. I brought the car back so that he could re-inspect it and get my passing sticker. Work was done thoroughly, professionally and completely the first time around. I didn't have to go back for anything except to follow up and complete the inspection. Bobby's Precision Auto will be my destination for any future repairs and routine maintenance from now on.

I had a terrible experience with this service provider. I took my car to have its AC repaired and granted that the car was old (Nissan Quest 2001) the owner basically did the job half way and did not offer alternatives to finish the job. After no follow up or response from the owner of the shop, I eventually had to take my car to the Nissan dealer who finished the job and fixed my AC. My main problem with this whole experience was the lack of professionalism and integrity. If you plan to take your car to this dealer be aware that if the issue is too difficult half way he may shrug his shoulders and wash his hands. Could not believe it.
