Long story short: my boyfriend got a chemical burn from an opened cleaning product and it took 15 whole minutes to get a manager to appear.
That's ridiculous. If it were more serious we would be pressing charges.

If you need little odds and ends for your home Bobbys is great. I picked up an over the door coat rack for like $9, same one was on amazon for $15. I needed a bundt pan, $4. I needed some hangers, $2. Prices are generally better than the $1 store next door. It's a great resource when looking for ok quality goods in a pinch.

Awesome store for great & incredible household goods & electronicc gadget accessories. But, be warned, this store sells close outs and does a tremendous volume of business. If one sees something which one wants to own, buy it without hesitation; one can not reasonably expect any merchandise in the store to still be in stock the day after one initially spots it, regardless the number in stock at the time it was spotted.
I try to visit the store every day; I love it!
PS - I never have any difficulty finding an employee who is enthusiastically willing to help me when I need it.
