Bob's Tropical Pet Center Inc

Me and my other half purchased a Chihuahua from here about a month ago. The staff are very professional and knowledgable. The dog which we named Toby, was in very good health and VERY well trained as far as going to the bathroom etc. When we purchased the dog, we were given all the necessary papers for him and referred to a vet in Howard Beach which is Excellent! Having chihuahuas and other dogs in the past, I have some experience in what to look for. Toby is an excellent dog, and we love him to death. Bob's Tropical Pet store is definitely a great place to purchase a pet, especially a puppy.

I was very impressed with the staff and conditions the puppies were kept in. I purchased a healthy puppy and have no regrets. I highly recommend Bob's. They were very transparent and provided all the information on my puppy's parents and where she was from etc. she got a clean bill of health from the vet and has made a great addition to the family

i bought 2 kittens from there my beautiful Momo and my dramaqueen Sparky to keep company to my wife and daughter. They are such charming cats and too over protective with her little sister (my daughter). They are healthy, never gave us no problem. The store was clean, well treatrd aninals, fair price and perfect service. Learn how to treat your pets!!!

I love all pets & animals. & Bobs has its good & bad like everywhere else. But mostly bad. He buys his stock cheap, then sells for a whole lot more. There quite expensive. & they usually have attitudes in there especially the short hispanic guy who i think is the owner. Hes a bit greedy. But theres a Caucasian guy in the front desk who is ok, & 'Sometimes gives you a cheaper price. For him i give 2 stars instead of 1. Lower your prices, & have better attitudes, & i would give 4 stars. I took a star off for each, attitude, price, short mean hispanic guy, & cause they been on the News for selling injured & sick dogs.
