Lots of sofa models... Got a leather sofa it was good for 2 yrs but after that..it started showing small cracks on the surface..and service was called ..came and applied some leather maintenance sprays.( don't know what is that spray for )...leather surface started to crack more...and i came to know through the service and support person that its a known issue..if I had known that before wouldn't have spent $1000 for a sofa to survive for just 2yrs ;(... The goof protection does not cover anything...!!. All guarantee / warranty will be there upto 2 yrs once things start to fall its all in your hands nothing comes to rescue...its not worth $1000. If you are ready to spend $1000 every two years this is the best sofa...go for it..I am totally disappointed. Also got a dining table ...instead of sitting on the chair have to sit under the chair on and off to check the sçrews and bolts...poor quality wood can hold the screws ..screwed up..low quality materials. Not worth it.

DONT BUY FROM THIS STORE.... WILL NOT HELP THE CUSTOMER WITHOUT A EXTENDED WARRANTY. THEY TRAIN THEIR TECHS TO LIE SO THE CUSTOMER LOOSES OUT... ON A PURCHASE OF 3-4 MONTHS OLD, 2015 NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR OF SOLID WOOD IS NOT WEAR AND TEAR!! BUYER BEWARE..... RESTITUTION IS IN ORDER. CAN NOT LET COMPANY GET AWAY WITH THIS PROBLEM. CHANNEL 2 NEWS.... HERE WE COME.....

The sales team was wonderful and I loved the couch I picked out, however that couch never came! I revived one half but the other was a different color..TWICE! The customer care people argued with me for three hours and refused to pick up the other half on a day that actually worked for me! They still have not called me back about picking it up and I have another couch on the way!!!
DO NOT TRUST THEM!
It's better to spend more and not have a headache especially if your moving,you don't need the added stress or the wasted day.

I ordered furniture in the beginning of July and all but one piece was delivered, it was on backorder, no big deal. I was guaranteed by my sales associate that the piece would be in the store by August 15th and could be delivered to me within 2 days. I received a voicemail a week early by an associate notifying me that the piece was in and could be delivered. Today is August 13th and when I returned the call the nearest delivery date is September 12th.
Not only was my scheduled date completely disregarded, when I contacted the store I was 'yessed' by the associate I was speaking with. She showed ZERO concern for my frustration and was clearly in a hurry to get me off the phone.
I canr give one star because he furniture is great, but the customer service is terrible. I wouldn't recommend despite good pricing.

I hate giving this 1 star they customer service stinks. The guys that done the delivery, delivered the wrong color. We had to wait a few days for another one. The set was horrible screws was missing from the bed frame. The one's they did put in the couch and bed they stripped them. So if I was moving I would have a hard time taking it apart and putting it together. Just remember you get what you pay for.
They probably do have the lowest price. They also have the worst quality.
