Bob's Discount Furniture Manhattan

Very interesting store lottsa selection,n even a free coffe n candy bar w an ice crea shop to, lol love it. Feel like a little kid. Finally got my delivery the movers were excellent n explained every step great additude to.

I purchased a bedroom set. I love it. The quality and price is awesome. The delivery was was quick.

We went to Bob's , The sale person (Jeff) was so polite and once we found the couch we liked he came over and answered all of our questions . Delivery was super fast and easy. They came on time and set it all up in less then 10 minutes. I never had an easier experience buying furniture .

do not shop here! They will waste your time and obviously do not know what they are doing. After waiting one month for my order they deliver the wrong colors. You would think that after waiting one month of your time they would try to fix it, no their only option was to wait another month (and who knows if they will get it right then) or get my money back (in another 3-5 business days!). Worst company I have ever dealt with.

My experience with the Bob's Discount Furniture in East Harlem was much different than the reviews I read on here beforehand (which did make me question going there). After visiting a few times I knew what I wanted to buy (a dining set and loveseat), I made the purchase with a sales rep who was cordial and answered my questions, and then furniture was delivered in the morning as they said it would be without incident.

It seems like everyone who has a bad experience is leaving negative reviews (as would be expected) and the people who have a positive experience don't see a need to write one. In summary, I wouldn't recommend letting these reviews stop you from making a purchase if you see something you want at a fair price.
