Bob's Discount Furniture

Bought a nice dresser, bed frame with head board and chest. Also was convinced to buy insurance "good proof". Bobs staff informes me that if there is any issue with the furniture being stained or other damage, that insurance will cover it no problem.

Long story short, the dresser counter was stained due to make up and the "goof proof" company said its not covering it! I asked for a refund of insurance and they declined.

In that case, Bobs gets an F for lying, seling me furniture that gets stained by make up, and bogus insurance. I guess Bobs is not "Good Proof" either!!!

I would never buy furniture from them again. I went with the accept now program that is offered where I would be able to pay the amount off in three months or pay 2400 for a piece of furniture for 980. Now all of a sudden the rule has changed that u can't pay extra a month that u would have to hold the money and when three months come then pay it then when I signed the contract they assured me that I could pay extra every month

This big furniture is great furniture at a great price. I recommend going here if you need to buy furniture

This store said they were going to deliver 3 days after I paid in full for my bed, and when I call to find out what time for the delivery, I find out my purchase was place on hold, no reason as to why the day of the delivery. I am going back today and cancelling my order and getting my money back.

I was met with a lovely staff Kevin who took really good care of me. His help convinced me to purchase an awesome bedroom set, on delivery this is where the problem starts, they did not know where they were going. They lied and said they showed up but just drove buy. On second attempt, they finally find address with help from me having to track them down. They final came and put these huge pieces in the middle of my house due to their lateness. I had to spend 5 days with my things out of place... Confusion!
