very very bad service!! very bad sales person, i just talk to him "i will tomorrow to go there buy the sofa." and the man angry ,he said" you waste my time, tomorrow i will not be here" my god!! and then he tore the paper up.!!!!

Worst experince of my life. Ordered furtniture on the 2nd of january still have not received it... giving me the run around... lieing... terrible...

Never again, i had a very bad experience. I was told that the couch I ordered was going to take 3 weeks. After waiting 3 weeks , they said there would be another delay of 3 weeks! So I went to the store to see if they would give me consideration towards another couch and they tried to sell me a different one for 400 more! They didn't offer any discount at all after 3 weks if waiting. I decided to cancell the order. I had to wait for over a week for my refund. The sales staff were not helpfull or empathetic and I had the feeling that all they cared about was the money.

During our visit to Bob's in Flushing on Presidents Day to discuss a problem, we met TONY, the nicest person you want to work with for anything. He took care of our concern, as well as make an appointment for someone to visit our home to review the problem. As we looked throughout the store, we did see a dinning room set that we liked, and TONY came over, reviewed the set with us, as well as kept us laughing throughout the visit.
Because of TONY, we are going to work with him to take that set home with us when the inspection is done, and approved for us.
Throughout the store, everyone knows TONY, and holds him in high regard.
THANKS TONY FOR YOUR HELP AND AN ENJOYABLE VISIT. LOOKING FORWARD TO SEE YOU SOON.

The Sales person - Annalisa, was so nice, fast and professional. She also had to put up with my 8 years old boy who is very very hyper but she didn't show not even a smallest sign of impatience. The Bob-O-Pedic-Firm Gel Mattress that we've bought on the afternoon, was delivered to us the second day at 7:30AM. Wowww, very fast delivery and the guys were very nice, very fast. For me was a good experience and a very nice and professional crew! One of the costumers here said that he had to pay $3 dollars for the parking. Well, not all true. You pay this $3.00 if you shop to Flushing (all stores-mall) more then 3 hours. If you got some bad experience with the store now you try to take revenge on the whole mall.
