Robert Ballance, the owner of "Bob's Carpet" could be a "public safety" officer Fire Fighter that have "investigatory powers" but "no arrest" powers in the "former" "military base town" of Bayonne, N.J. that has the largest military pier in the world the "former" U.S. Army and U.S. Navy Base MOTBY (Military Ocean Terminal - Bayonne) that can hold 4 Aircraft Carriers and 2 Destroyers just outside of New York City.
I "strangely" see the Red Maroon "Bob's Carpet" VAN almost every morning between 9:15 and 9:30 and it does a "strange around the block' turn every morning make 2 rights and heads west after coming down to Broadway head east.
I just don't know BUT I HAVE STRANGE FEELING HE IS "SPYING" ON ME for the BAYONNE POLICE DEPT or the "rumored" and "alleged" HCDO - the "secret" "nazi" party that "controls" Hudson County... They "could be" some sort of "Russian mafia" or "spectre" like group? Who knows?..

I am a "little scared" these days, I went to take pictures in Bergen Point of my childhood memoris and the neighborhood was "empty" it seemed perhaps I was around in the afternoon when I was busy with something... But I didn't see too many people come and go...
I hope the BCB (Bayonne Cop Bank w/ BPD Detective Bureau Police Guards) or these "German Travellers" 'Assassins' didn't kill them or Bayonne Fire Department in the neighborhood
I'm sure they are alright ? (Huh? :( ) I make killer spy jokes sometimes...
And Bob's brother or cousin used to hang in Kanecko's? with a Joe Sisk, german mobster hitman and drug dealer, a NAZI LODGE BAR on Cottage and Orient Streets.
I'm sure ROBERT BALLANCE of BAYONNE FIRE DEPARTMENT is a "patroitic american' and a NOT A KILLER NAZI ASSASSIN for ODDESSA and THE KBG? Imagine a 60 year old grown man riding around in a "clownish" red van and giving people the finger?
He MUST KNOW A COP or SOMETHING? Oh.. He does? WILLIAM "BULL" NAPIER his Russian Gypsy Associate and "in law" from the RUSSIAN SPY INFILTRATOR FAMILY the Harrington's of TRASK and 2nd Street.
