great training for the elementary and high school wrestler. coach frank torres gives all the kids equal attention and lots of detail regarding wrestling. very technical and complete. lots of highly rated wrestlers have trained at mat-time.

I've trained at the Bob Long School of Self Defense for many years. They have great teachers who care about their students. If you want to learn real self defense this is the place to go.
