Technicians are very professional and honest, I had four deadbolts that needed to be replaced, and several keys to be made, and everything was done very professionally,apart from that their prices are very reasonable.and also they have a wide selection of locks, safes, keys.

Beware! This business is under new ownership and the new owner is deceitful. .
I needed a new mortise lock and matching deadbolt. It took two visits for the job to be completed. The first time the tech showed up with the right mortise lock and a deadbolt which was not the one I had picked out to cover the oversized hole in my door. I told the owner over the phone that I would pay for the mortise lock but that I wanted him to order the right deadbolt. After trying to convince me that he couldn't get the one I wanted in the right color (satin nickel, which the vendor had both in the catalog and online) he finally seemed to agree.
However, when the tech returned he brought back the same, wrong deadbolt and a cheap-looking plate to cover the hole which did not even match the deadbolt. The only reason the job was completed on the second visit was that I had gone out in the interim and bought a deadbolt that would work. The labor charge was more than they quoted over the phone, plus they tacked on a $35 service call fee which they had never mentioned. Will never use them again.

I had a door knob that needed to be fixed as it had fallen off the door. When I called to schedule the appointment, I asked what the minimum would be to have it fixed and was told there was a $34 service charge. When the locksmith showed up, he was able to fix it in under 5 minutes and didn't even have to use new parts. When he came back with the bill, it was $110!!!!! I asked him why this was as I was told on the phone it was $34. He said that was the service charge, and he was charging me $69. He told me the minimum they can charge is $34 + $46 (half hour labor) or $80. Then why not say that on the phone.
I told him that they should tell you that on the phone and he told me he is a sub-contractor and doesn't represent them. I explained that to me, he does represent them as the customer, but he disagreed.
After I paid and he left, I decided to drive over to the establishment to talk to them face to face. As I was there explaining that is deceitful to not let the customer know that it will be a min of $80 and letting them know that the locksmith told me he didn't work for them or represent them, guess who walks out? The locksmith who doesn't represent them or work for them. What a sham!!!
They charged me the $80 min instead of the $110, but even after I told them to just be honest and tell the customer it is a minimum of $80 if the problem gets fixed, they didn't seem to care.
I will not be using them again and neither should you!

I sow few negative reviews about this store and I was skeptical before I met to the new owner, His name is Josef. Looks like People wear not so happy to the old owner, but Josef Programmed My Car keys for Toyota Prius 2011. He is Professional and hard working person that I could tell, I am very satisfied of his service. will Spread my word to the people that I know of to not to look other Locksmith, He doesn't only Serve Household doors or Business locks , He does Car unlock or Car key programming. He saved me lots of money if I would go to the Dealer and purchase the new key from them.Thank you very much and Will do the business with you again.

Rude Rude Rude!
We were very happy with the service initially when he installed our house locks several years ago. However, when we ran into a problem getting a key copied, Bob was not only unhelpful but became very rude, condescending and spoke to us like we were children. I briefly looked around for the hidden camera, thinking he must have been putting us on. Sadly, no cameras. I do believe Bob does good work (hence the second star), but based on my experience and that of the other poster, it is evident that this man needs some serious help with customer service.
