I have lived in this neighborhood for over 3 years and I can not wait to move out. The homeowners association in this neighborhood is more like the Gestapo than an association. They patrol looking for infractions and if they don't find any, they just make them up. I have received fines and warnings for pets I do not own, and on one instance had a member of the boar make illegal entry into my garage to "inspect". I have had my vehicle towed with the parking pass on the dash because the HOA President "didn't see it" costing me almost 200 dollars even though he knows my truck. I travel overseas for the military and have been fined for things I was not even in the country to commit. They hold grudges here and have some sort of clique that if you are not in, you better have a lot of expendable income to pay their BS fines. You would do much better to look at the City View condos down the other end of 440. Renting or buying here is a mistake.
