Great experience leasing a new X1 today. Willingness to let us test drive seemed reluctant at first, but worked out okay in the end. Pretty painless experience with salesman Eric. In and out in 4 hours from start to finish with test drive, negotiations, paperwork, and car orientation. Comfortable and clean office, friendly staff, good floor models to sit in. A fairly luxury experience for a luxury car lease.

This is the third BMW dealership I've gone to and it is equally as bad the other ones. I brought my car in for brakes which they replaced but didn't have the sensor for. Since I'm under 25 they did not provide a loaner car(I guess I'm old enough to buy their cars under my name and have it insured under my name but not old enough to use a loaner). I was told they will call me in a couple of days when the part comes in which never happened. I called my service advisor who never answered my calls. I scheduled my second appointment for the sensor, I came in at 2 pm and they said it would take a couple of days to change the sensor and they couldn't start on it today because their mechanics finish at 4 PM. I came for the third time the next day, waited 1 hour for them to replace the sensor and trouble shoot my washer fluid sensor since it keeps reading low and examine the transmission since my car always jerks when I come off a stand still. They gave me the car back with a deep scratch on the panel under my door that looks like they tried to hide with touch up paint but it's a deep scratch. Needless to say my car still jerks and the windshield washer still indicates low even though I filled it to the point where it was over flowing. Once again I called my advisor, left a couple of voicemails before finally having someone from service put him on the line since he never responded and he told me to wait a couple of day. Waited a week the issue is still there, I called him back, left a message and I'm still waiting on the call back. I filed a formal complaint with BMW USA they assured me they would take care of the issue. All that's happened is someone contacted me from BMW of Manhattan saying "we heard you were having a hard time scheduling an appointment, maybe you have the wrong number". Great job BMW. I also talked to several other customers in the lounge and they all complained on how lousy their service and customer service is. Amazing cars, but I think I'll be switching to a Benz at the end of my lease since I hear amazing reviews.

Great experience. Steven Mercier made my buying process enjoyable ! I've dealt with terrible dealerships in the past and I admire BMW of Manhattan for their professionalism. Steven Mercier was friendly personable and has great followup. I got the car I really wanted at a price I was comfortable with. I would highly recommend this dealership and Steven Mercier to anyone ! I love my new BMW, Thank you!

My wife takes our bmw 750 into manhattan. she really liked her advisors yale tindell and zach but hes no longer there. our new advisor is professional but not as personable as mr yale. the car wash is a nice perk

The service is truly excellent. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. I bought a used BMW X5 (not from BMW) and brought it in to get a full system check. Everyone was a pleasure to interact with, the service was prompt and less expensive than I expected. In the past, I didn't use dealerships for regular services - however, they have changed my mind and will be back for oil changes et al. Great Shop.
