Most people do not have good experiences dealing with car salesman. I had a wonderful experience dealing with a sales rep Jacqueline Chaitt from Freeport BMW. Her honesty and professionalism was exemplary. She is a wonderful advocate and made the experience pleasurable. How many car buyers can say the same? Kudos Freeport BMW!

I absolutely love this dealership. I used to go to Habberstad in Huntington but never again. I bought a CPO BMW and am so happy with it. Ben Barr was my salesperson and he was attentive and not pushy. He made the car buying experience a fun one instead of stressful. I give him an A+++ for customer service. He gave me the best deal and I know it was the best because I went to a few other dealerships before setting foot into this one. I didn't even have to argue! I got the best deal right away. I could tell Ben was doing everything he could to make sure I was happy. The dealership treats you like a person and not a sale. Next time I am in the market when I'm done with the car I just bought, you bet I will be back to buy another.

I walked into this dealership two days before year end and picked up my car NYE. My experience was incredible at BMW of Freeport. The entire staff is friendly but no made it more hassle free, simple and memorable more than Nina Markovic. She's such a sweetheart and not mention professional & welcoming. She took me on my first BMW test drive and closed the deal before we even returned to the lot. (she had no idea of course). We worked the numbers and she said sleep on it and call her in the morning and that's exactly what I did the next day. She got me the car I wanted with all the trimmings I desired. Nina really made my experience one to remember. She even contacted me after the sale to see how things were going with the car and myself. I would recommend her 10 times over if not more.

You MUST go here if you're looking for any sort of car, whether new/used. I worked with a young gentleman named Kevin. He helped me get my new car, BMW x1 2016. He is one of the most hospitable, cordial, and easy-to-work with person I have met. Before coming to him, I had been to several BMW dealerships and was very unsatisfied by their customer service. When I came to Kevin, he worked with me tirelessly and provided more than competitive prices for my vehicle. He is definitely a refreshing new face to the world of car dealing and I would advice anyone who is looking for dealer who will genuinely work with you to go to Kevin. Also, The manager Enzo, is amazing and also very kind to his customers. BMW Freeport really values their customers!! I am very happy with them and will be going to them for any of my future vehicles!!!

Thoroughly enjoyed the Service process! The whole process on a satuday was in and out easy for my 2015 328i. My service advisor was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about all the services needed for my vehicle. They even had a car wash and it was very well done. Overall i couldn't have had a better experience from the greeter in the service drive to the advisor discussing what was done to my vehicle. I will definitely be returning here for service whether in or out of warranty!
