I couldn't have asked for better service. They were professional and courteous they really took the time to address all my questions and concerns. Even after my car was finished the customer service manager (Gina) followed up with me to make sure I had a great experience. I will never service my car any where else!!

Used to be good, but when they were purchased by a new company this company definitely went down hill from where it was a year ago. Their "new" policy of not giving rental cars out to cars that come in for service that are pre- 2010, is just absurd. If I'm paying premium to have my car fixed, why am I going to settle a half assed service now too?Even Ford offers a better service. Not to even mention that I've purchased cars from this place before, and I have a 2011 vehicle that would've came in for service at the same time. I'll take my business to Wayne and never purchase a vehicle from here again since the service here doesn't even compete with service at non-luxury dealerships, which is just plain sad.

I financed a 2007 328xi from this dealership almost 3 months ago... From the first day I drove it home I had problems...I took the car back on the 3rd day letting them know something's wrong with the car... No no, it's safe to drive... Took it back a few days later and they kept it bcuz it was a part that had to be put in or I couldn't pass inspection... They kept it for 8 days... Smh...got the car back still having major problems... Take it back begging plzz help me. I don't have money to pay for a car with preexisting problems... Give me something else.. After about 5 x of taking the car back they give me a print out of which this car has $5,441.00 worth of mechanical problems and this is how they sold it to me...I cried.. I went to the supervisor of used car sales.. Nothing..... Went back to Paul Wilman (new vehicle client advisor). I asked him how could u have sold me this car with over $5,000 with of problem??. It's nothing he can do for me,its nothing he can do for me he says,,but give me 15% off which is over $3,000 close to $4,000 discount on the service. Why should I have to pay.. BMW OF BLOOMFIELD NJ YOU SOLD ME A LEMON..I feel like I've been robbed by thugs in designer suits...Oh I forgot.. When I said I don't have that and I should not have to pay for problems I didn't accumulate.. Paul Wilman said, save $100 a week... Smh..plzzzz consumers DO NOT BUY FROM BMW OF BLOOMFIELD NJ...I've met other consumers while trying to get this car service and they were complaining too about their certified used lemon they had gotten there....

I'm a car guy and there is nothing more frustrating to me than to go through the process working with a salesman that knows nothing about the car. That was not the case at BMW of Bloomfield. When I called I requested to speak with a salesman who knows the product well. They connected me immediately with Tony Braich. Not only does Tony know the product, he worked harder on this deal than any other dealer I involved with the sale. I ordered an X5 and spent months visiting different dealers to view specific options that I was considering for my order. Tony went above and beyond to assist me with my order. He located cars at different dealers so that I could see what I was looking for. All of these dealers were given the opportunity at the sale. Each time I called I requested someone who knows the product well and none of the other dealers could deliver a sales person with product knowledge. When it came down to the sale, I was offered an irresistible price and BMW of Bloomfield met the price. I had worked with a different dealer on my last lease and one of the things I was frustrated with was the products that dealers try to sell you once you reach the deal. I requested to Tony that I not be bothered with post sale product pitch and he made sure that didn't happen. I didn't even have to work with a separate finance person during the sale. Tony did it all. When I came in for plates and a few accessories, Tony was there to make sure I was taken care of. I look forward working with Tony when the lease on the X5 expires.

I had the best experience I've ever had with a dealership at BMW of Bloomfield. My initial interaction was with Gina. I told her I needed to bring my car in for service. My car was not drivable and I needed to make it to work. Gina took the time to locate a loaner for me the next day which I'm sure wasn't easy. I tow my car in the next day and Gina personally came to greet me once I arrived. Next, she placed me with a gentleman by the name of Buddy. He was great! After I left with my loaner which was a great car, buddy consistently kept me in the loop with the diagnosis of my vehicle and what was needed. I have since gotten my truck back and I am very pleased with the outcome. Thank you Gina for everything! First class treatment!
