I have hit a few potholes and have had service done here several times. Gregory Katehis is my service consultant. Gregory always goes above and beyond to help me and does a phenomenal job.Thank you for keeping me very happy with my experiences at BMW of Bayside Service Center.

This is the third bad experience I've had before writing a review. Im currently sitting in the waiting room writing this review, but this cannot wait. Im here getting a single tire replaced on my M4 and its been 3 hours, and the new tire isn't even on the car yet. I brought it in 8AM thinking it would move faster, sure enough there were barely any people in the waiting room. Its now nearing lunch, and I'm sure everyone will go on break and my car will sit. Ive had all 4 tires changed on my cars faster than these people can get one tire off a rim. I had a flat changed previously by them and sure enough it was a similar experience. In addition to all this, i had collision repair done through them. It took 5 weeks to get my car fixed (the time wasn't the issue), and during this time, the representative; George Fan, was literally unreachable. i had not heard from or been able to get in touch with anyone from Bayside BMW for that entire 5 week repair, nor the month after i got it back when the alignment was off. The best part is i just now asked the representative where the status is on my car, and she said she didn't know , and wasn't about ask the tech because they get very frustrated. Of course my frustration is secondary.
The only reason i ever deal with Bayside BMW is if i have to, and even then i dread it. It has made me regret buying a BMW at all.

Took me 4 hours to do a simple maintenance service. And guess how long I waited after they told me my car was ready just waiting for a car wash? One hour! One hour! What a joke. I have never ever wait for 4 hours to a maintenance service in my local dealer.

This is my 3rd BMW and I have plenty of experience with BMW service departments. This review is of my most recent one with BMW of Bayside
I made an appointment to have my scheduled oil service, with the last one being performed in December of 2014. When I get there, one year after the prior oil change, I am told that my car isn't due for an oil change for another 8000 miles. I correct the service rep that its either every year or 15000 miles, whichever comes first. She tells me the service schedule changed, which makes no sense, and which she later retracted. She then tells me that my oil service is due in December and that came prematurely (11/17) and that I would have to reschedule after arranging my day around this appointment.
Why schedule me for a scheduled oil change (which I told them twice when I made the appointment) only to first tell me that there service schedule changed (a lie) and then that I came 13 days too early?
Not only will I not be returning, I will tell my BMW owning friends to steer clear. A place with no professionalism doesn't deserve business.

Nothing can redeem this service center. I am standing here waiting for my vehicle that required back brakes serviced and an oil change and it has taken 3 hours. I spoke to my service rep and she told me "you've been here 3 hours, and you're complaining? You got new brakes and it's free". That is quality of service you should expect from an establishment bereft of any class and customer service. By far the worst, I am forced to come here because of its proximity to my home, but for the next time I would prefer to drive the additional hour to a classier service center. I wish I could deduct stars, not give this one that I am forced to give. STAY AWAY!!!
