BMW of Bayside

Now I myself read all of the reviews below and was too a bit skeptical about going to this dealership as I am sure some of you are BUT I am extremely glad I took a shot and ran into Jonel. This guy was really not a " car salesmen " at all. He is more like the friend you take with to check out the car and has you best interest at heart. Jonel and I closed the deal on my new BMW with no issues, great warranty, reasonable monthly payments, and with a comfortable downpayment. Never did he make me feel rushed or pressured to get the car at that very moment. We all know that dealers make some sort of commission on sales but I am glad that Jonel is actually one of those guys who puts your best interest above his own. Maybe that is why the deal closed so well. I can't wait to go back when my lease is up, to get my next BMW.

On a final note:
I left BMW of Bayside with something i usually don't leave a dealership with ... Respect for the car salesmen.

This is the most unreliable dealership. Never ever recommend them. They lie, cheat and misrepresent. Be very careful. I bought seven BMWs/MERC always from RALLEY. This is the first time I went to Bayside for convenience of location. Salesman never called back and Sales manager did the same.
Salesman sold 528 Demo in exchange of 2013 528 that has six monthe left on lease. They inspected car, still under 50k warantee, took the old car and handed us new Demo. To our surprise we got bill for excess milage, body damage & others.
My existing lease was 634/mo, new lease for Demo car was sold for 830/mo to include excess milage and alll else. Now the salesman refuses to call back and the Sales manager claims that the issue is handed over to salesman.
It is not only money issue, it is to tach them a lesson that they dont think the buyer is a fool.

I recently bought a 328i xdrive from the BMW in Bayside on Northern blvd, 1 block from Bell Blvd and the experience was awesome! From start to finish the service was great. The sales associate I had the pleasure of working with was very nice and extremely patient. Being a woman buying her first car, I clearly didn't know anything about cars and Charlie made the entire process so easy and smooth. He wasn't aggressive nor was he pushy

Bought a X5 car from Charlie a few weeks ago and it was the smoothest experience I had buying a car. I called in to make an appointment on that particular car and when I came in, the car was pulled up, cleaned and even had a license plate on it for me to test drive. He was friendly, knowledgable and wasn't pushy at all. If I had felt even a little bit pressured, I would have probably just walked out. He met almost all my requests (I was asking for a lot though) and gave me a great deal on the car. If you are going to buy a certified bmw, you have to talk to Charlie.

Having just picked up my new car, cannot say enough about BMW of Bayside. Janette who started the process followed by Joe F, the most amazing sales manager who found my dream car and made it happen. Cathy in finance who is a very special lady and Michael my tech guru who will hopefully teach me to use this spaceship! All under the helm of Frank who is a wonderful leader and runs an absolutely wonderful showroom. Each and every one of you has made this experience an absolutely seamless pleasurable process. I feel right at home with all of you and thank you so much for all your efforts, kindness and patience. A wonderful experience all around!!
