Best prices? Perhaps. Best MOVERS? Hardly. I'm furious at the fact that I'm even giving them this bloody one star rating (it's the lowest rating possible).
What kind of moving company leaves with a piece of your furniture (king size bed frame & stand) and fails to return it? When I called in to request that they deliver it to my place, they readily agreed. Then they never showed up. I call back and what do they say? We don't have a truck. Gee, a moving company with no TRUCK, why and how are you still in business?
We call again to complain and the worker rudely informs me that because my friend is the customer, they don't have to talk or listen to me. At one point, he even laughed at me. LAUGHED. At a CUSTOMER.
Conclusion? Absolutely THE WORST customer service EVER, extremely UNPROFESSIONAL, and outrageously CONDESCENDING.
If you're ridiculously desperate for a moving company at a bargain and is willing to have them pretty much STEAL from you & treat you like CRAP, go right ahead. But don't say I didn't warn you.
