BAD EXPERIENCE
I purchased a living social deal for the spa, which requires an in advance appointment. Made the appointment, but was running late. I called to give them a heads-up and Martha told me that I could only redeem a portion of the voucher. Furthermore, they said that if I wanted to redeem the full voucher I would have to reschedule with a $!0 fee. They then marked the unused voucher as REDEEMED with living social.
I havent made it to the establishment and already experienced horrible customer service.
