the receptionist was very careless as if she didnt want to be bothered and gave me no option as payment and gave me attitude when I refused a certain treatment that I felt wasnt nessasry the doc super nice and professional the receptionist poor representation of care and instead of helping me set up for future needs as pet insurance she was this is your total and thats it I felt helpless never again at least not the brooklyn location

I am not going to lie they are costly.but if your animal requires specialized care this is the place.my beautiful Cane Corso was diagnosed with IMHA ( immune mediated hemolytic anemia) Dr Al-Ghazlat took on her case,he was truly interested in quality of life for bonnie from the beggining...I followed up with my regular Vet for weekly blood work as required with the illness bonnie had..Blue Pearl was not making a penny off me but still consulted and went over every single blood panel even though the blood wasnt taken at their facility .as bonnie stopped responding i will never forget what Dr.Ghazlat said- he said "even if you had a million dollars to treat bonnie there comes a time when quality of life is more important,and i will not put your dog through senseless treatments that i know will fail.most people that let go usually wish they had sooner ..." he went all out to save her life ..was it costly? absolutely.was it worth it,ABSOLUTELY. bonnie did succumb to her illness but i am forever grateful to Dr,Ghazlat for his kindness and compassion,.
