My experience here was dreadful. I waited 5 hours for inpatient. Waited for 2 hours before being seen by a doctor, even though my dog had been vomiting blood. Then after taking my dog down for an ultrasound we waited almost another three hours, with very little updates. Every time I would ask for an update they said someone would speak to me. They never did. Another dog was seen treated, given X-rays and released well within the time that we sat waiting for the ultrasound to begin. It was completely unacceptable and would never bring my dog back here again and highly caution any one else too

I had a wonderful experience at Blue Pearl! I brought my dog who had been throwing up for a few days and she got all of the attentive care she needed and I got all of the answers I needed from an excellent Doctor (Dr. Harvey and all of the nurses and staff). Expensive of course but I definitely had a very positive experience.
