Beautiful, clean surroundings. I had waxing done several times here and each time, the esthetician was pleasant and skilled, so that I almost didn't feel it. I highly recommend Blue Velvet Beauty Salon and plan to go there for other beauty services.

I have been a customer of Monica's for at least 3 years...I used to patronize that "other" waxing place...you know, the franchise type place? Yes, they were clean and yes, the prices were commensurate. The differences are 1) Monica uses different waxes for different areas/skin types; 2) Monica is very, very gentle, and 3) Monica is a wonderful, friendly, professional aesthetician. I cannot say enough about how highly I recommend this establishment. I now bring my 13 year old daughter there for waxing, also.
I wouldn't trust her to anyone else!!!

One of my best spa experience ever. I will not go anywhere except Blue Velvet. I had my facial and waxing done by Monica. She is great. Very professional. Has deep knowledge about both. Facial was very relaxing and waxing was painless. Very clean and lively atmosphere. Dana who is the other owner is very friendly and warm. Highly recommend this place to everyone.
