BLUE STREAK LIMO

My Name is Mike Genuth and I would like to give a shout out to Blue Streak Limo for going above and beyond and servicing me and my company for the past 10 years with the best service & Quality. there is a saying out there that says that you can not get all 3 things (price, quality & Service), however at Blue Streak Limo that saying does not exist. I have been using this limo company for 10+ years now for all of our company outings ( a few times per year) along with at least twice a year for personal use (i.e. my birthday or anniversary outings or a simple night out with the guys). I have dealt with Fred, Scott, Mark and everyone else there in the company and have always gotten the best service and communication I could have ever imagined. they ALWAYS come on early and the drivers are very courteous. The cars and busses (I used most of the fleet by now many times) are spotless clean with a fresh smell. the quality of the car and personnel is amazing. its simply a pleasure to deal with them and I now use them for simple services to get from point a to point B even if I can get a cheaper type vehicle since I have learned to only rely and trust that the best experience will be with them. they are always competitive and the few times I did decide to compare their pricing to others, I have found that they either were within a few % and many times even less. I suggest everyone that is looking for competent company with reliable service to use ONLY Blue Streak Limo.

We recently just got married and blue streak limo was an amazing choice. The drivers were so professional and so friendly! They were so helpful and flexible. They were also on time. I would absolutely recommend them.

I had a horrific experience with Blue Streak Limo. I booked a 42 passenger party bus a month in advance for my event that took place on July 9th 2016. The company stated they were going to send me a contract and I called 4 different times to receive the contract and the night before my event the owner Sylvia sent me the contract. My event was suppose to start at 730 am and at 700 am they notified me about an accident that took place at 500 am. They stated that I would see it on the news and the owner Sylvia asked me if I wanted to cancel my event, and that she was calling other drivers and no body wanted to drive. However she do have a regular charter bus that she is willing to send and she was charging me the same price for a party bus. (In which a charter bus and party bus is about $700-$1000 difference in price). Not only did the charter bus arrive an hour and 30 minutes late, we had to make our trip shorter because of our late arrival. The charter bus that arrived the seats were torn, the DVD player did not work, nor did the radio work it was very distorted. The driver was using his keys to try and push the DVD into the player to see if it would work, he then turned to me and told me to use something to push it and make it work. Driving out of a parking lot returning home the driver ran over a pole that was embedded into the pavement and took it completely off, my guest started asking the driver did he buy his license. Lastly this morning on July 11th 2016 I called Blue Streak Limo and spoke with Sylvia and her manager (I didn't get his name) and complained and asked them to compensate for their unprofessional behavior, I also informed them that I was going to place a review on the website and the manager threatened me that if I put a bad review about the company he was going to sue me for slander and deformation of character. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. I do not think it was fair of them to give me 30 mins to decide if I am going to cancel, they pretty much left me no option but to get the charter bus. At that time my guest were already en-route to meet the bus for 730, and also I purchased the tickets for the amusement park 3 days prior. How can I cancel a special day for a 6 year old how do I explain that to her as she was getting dressed to meet the bus. I am totally disappointed of how unprofessional this encounter was, if they knew they couldn't provide the service they should have notified me so I can take my business else where. This was embarrassing that my guest was expecting one thing and we got something else. I will try an post pictures of the seats of the charter bus sent and also the pictures of the so called accident they sent me and by the way I tried to research the accident and nothing came up. I even checked the accident records and nothing exist. I wish I can give them no stars.

We used Blue streak limo for our wedding in June. They were AMAZING!!!! So professional, so friendly and SO helpful - Dany, the limo driver, even helped me with my flowers & veil and I ran into the back of the church! They were so great, and I highly recommend their service!!

My husband and I hired Blue streak limo service this past weekend as a surprise gift for our daughter for her graduation. They arrived half hour early. The driver "Dany was courteous and pleasant. We highly recommend them and will use their services in the future. Thanks for your professionalism and great service .
